This past Sunday, we were blessed with a powerful and life-transforming message on Sacrifice. Through the story of Abraham and Isaac in Genesis 22:7–8, we were reminded that true faith is often demonstrated through our willingness to surrender what is most valuable to God.
Sacrifice is not merely about giving material possessions—it is an act of love, obedience, and complete trust in God. It is choosing God’s will above our own, even when the cost is great. Every genuine sacrifice offered to God is an expression of faith that He is able to provide, reward, and fulfill His promises.
One of the greatest lessons from Abraham’s life is that God honors those who trust Him wholeheartedly. Before Isaac was placed on the altar, Abraham had already surrendered him in his heart. Because of his obedience, God provided a substitute and reaffirmed His covenant of blessing.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding us of the power of sacrifice. Give us hearts that are willing to obey You completely and trust You in every season.
